Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Infrastructure Project for Construction of Evacuation Center

1) The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the 2025 70% Pre-Disaster Preparedness Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Sixty Thousand (PhP7, 460, 00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Evacuation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids for Construction of Evacuation Center.4 Completion of the Works is required for a total of 36 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
