Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Enrique Villanueva, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 999, 948.60 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Sports Facility at Boulevard Area (Children-s Playground). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Enrique Villanueva now invites bids for project billboard/signboard, mobilization/demobilization, excavation, landscaping, painting works, masonry works, fiberglass outdoor playground equipment. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
