Tender Details

Prequalifications are invited for Construction of Essential Infrastructure Works for Package IIA (Local) for the Development of Sector RT4 (Reem Downtown), Reem Island Development, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.

The Conditions

1. Interested Contractors licensed with special category in Abu Dhabi Emirate, classified in the fields of Road, Infrastructure and Utilities Projects or Joint Venture Companies/Consortiums with partners classified in the respective fields, having experience in the United Arab Emirates and having undertaken a minimum of two (2) projects similar to the above in the last ten (10) years, with overall contract values in excess of AED 300 million, are invited to obtain the Pre-Qualification document from Al-Tamouh Company.

2. Eligible Contractors and Joint Ventures/Consortiums shall notify Al Tamouh Company, addressed to the Chief Development Officer, Tamouh Investments Company LLC, P.O. Box 105507, Abu Dhabi, UAE, by Fax: +971 2 6977666, by October 24, 2019, of their intention to collect the Pre-Qualification document.

3. Thereafter, Contractors and Joint Ventures/Consortiums can arrange for collection of the Pre-Qualification document from Tamouh office (without payment) from October 28, 2019, during office hours, 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Sunday to Thursday, by an authorized representative submitting a copy of the signed notification letter and their Emirates ID.

4. Contractors and Joint Ventures/Consortiums must submit their completed Pre-Qualification proposal directly to Tamouh Investments Company LLC, on or before the closing date stated above, as per the conditions stated in the Pre-Qualification documents, including all the required documents, duly approved and signed by an authorized signatory.

5. Unlicensed Contractors must confirm their intention to obtain a license with special category in Abu Dhabi Emirate, if they pass the Pre-Qualification. This license must be obtained as a condition precedent to participating in the tender.

6. This advertisement is an integral part of the conditions and documents of the Pre-Qualification.
