Tender Details

The subject of the order is the execution of Stage I of the construction of an equipment and material warehouse building on plot No. 156/5, Karniszewo area, Mieleszyn commune. The scope of Stage I includes only: 1. construction works in the field of ground zero, building structure, construction and roof covering, partition walls and external window and door joinery, 2. water supply and sanitary sewage connections, 3. external sanitary sewage installation, 4. external gas installation, 5. external rainwater drainage. Work needs to be done perform in accordance with the project documentation regarding the indicated scope, appropriate branch drawings and bill of quantities. The building was designed as a detached building, partly two-story, without a basement, with a traditional brick structure, founded on abutments and foundation footings. The scope of the order includes the performance of all works in accordance with the attached technical documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation constituting an annex to this SWZ. Order details is specified in the technical documentation included in the attachment. No. 7 to SWZ.
