The scope of the order implemented in the design and build formula includes: 1) execution of construction works on the basis of final decision No. 230/2024 of May 31, 2024, reference number DUA-XIV.6740.72.2022, authorizing the construction of a building of an entertainment and sports hall with a built-up area of ​​- 19, 528.00 rn2 and a cubage of - 294, 246.00 m3 along with landscaping, in places parking lots in the amount of 397 pcs., construction of external installations: area lighting and rainwater drainage, cable drainage, stormwater drainage network, 3 underground stormwater drainage tanks, 1 underground sprinkler water tank, 1 an underground gray water tank and a container transformer station, as well as for the demolition of the existing area lighting installation, on part of the plot with registration number gr. 1/49, within register no. 22 - Krywlany, in Białystok at ul.
