Construction of the eNRI DOP information system (Electronic National Register of Transport Information) Description: The subject of the contract is the construction of the Electronic National Register of Transport Information, which will serve as a national access point in accordance with the "European of the Parliament and the Council (EU) no. 2023/2661 amending Directive 2010/40/EU on the framework for the introduction of intelligent transport systems in the field of road transport and interfaces with other modes of transport" (hereinafter referred to as "Directive (EU) No. 2023/2661) and related delegated decreed (Delegated Regulations No. 885/2013, 886/2013, 2022/670 and 2024/490), which is to represent a single access point for data users to static, historical, observed and dynamic travel data and traffic information of various types transport according to the above-mentioned directive and related delegated regulations.
