TVT Asunnot Oy requests offers for construction technical consulting services. The services to be procured are related to residential buildings under construction, renovation and renovation. In the majority of the sites, the difficulty category of the design tasks is demanding - very demanding.
The procurement is divided into 10 parts:
1) Main and architectural design, Uudiskehte
2) Master and architect design, major renovation and basic improvement projects
3) Structural design, New destinations
4) Structural planning, major renovation and basic improvement projects
5) HVAC planning, New projects
6) HVAC planning, major renovations and basic improvement items
7) Electrical design, New items
8) Electrical design, major renovation and renovation projects
9) Automation design, New items
10) Automation planning, major renovation and basic improvement projects
The basic repair and basic improvement targets are mainly from the 1980s and apartment buildings and townhouses built in the 1990s. Repairs to them are facade, gutter, plumbing and building technology repairs, as well as renovations of yards and apartments.
The tenderer can make an offer for one or several parts of the procurement.
A framework agreement is concluded for each part of the procurement with six (6) service providers, unless there are fewer bidders who meet the eligibility criteria or acceptable bids. The same service provider can be selected for several parts of the procurement.
