Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Engineering Building, Phase 1
1) The Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT), through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos Only (Php 25, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Engineering Building, Phase 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Palompon Institute of Technology now invites bids for the above-stated Infrastructure Project to be constructed in Palompon Institute of Technology, Palompon, Leyte. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Fifty (250) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
