TINOC-2026-059
1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY 2026- 20% LDF Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos and Ninety-One Centavos (Php 4, 998, 887.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Engineered Sanitary Landfill (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for Construction of Engineered Sanitary Landfill (Phase II).). Completion of the Works is required until 99 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
