Construction of an energy center and utility network The main goal of the planned construction transformation is the establishment of the energy center supplying the Diósgyőr Castle, as well as the implementation of the civil engineering system that will be routed along the route of the bridge structure at the western main entrance of the Castle. it ensures the connection of water, high-current and weak-current, as well as heating energy supply (local district heat), rainfall, sewage and fire water to the public utility network. The plan partially retains the existing visitor toilet in the Déryné house annex space group, but in the other parts of the building - affected by the transformation - only the functions and operating rooms assigned to the energy center will be created: basement boiler house, ground floor measuring, distribution and switching rooms, mechanical unit. Next to the building the heat pump, aggregator and gas receiving elements will be placed in the open-air demarcated industrial yard to be created. Between the Energy Center and the west bridgehead of the Castle, underground cables and underground construction lines will be placed, according to a separate section of the plan.
