1) The Municipal Government of Mapandan, Pangasinan, through the General Fund ( 5% Calamity Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (₱ 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Emergency Operation Center and Command Center Storage and Kitchen Area, INFRA-MUN-2026-01-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Mapandan, Pangasinan, now invites bids for Construction of Emergency Operation Center and Command Center Storage and Kitchen Area, INFRA-MUN-2026-01-002. Completion of the Works is required within Eighty-Seven (87) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed pertaining to the above-mentioned.
