Tender Details

A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ. The subject of the order is the construction of two deep wells in the Blizanów Commune by one Contractor, divided into Task No. 1 and Task No. 2. The division into tasks serves only to divide costs, financial settlement and implementation schedule. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers for a single task. Nature of the order: This order does not constitute a design and build order. A gbin well is not an object requiring the development of a construction design within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, or obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification to the architectural and construction administration body. Technical documentation (Appendix No. 10 to SWZ) constitutes the approved Geological Works Design, which the Ordering Party provides to the Contractor on the day of concluding the contract. The scope of the Contractor's obligations includes: carrying out geological works in accordance with the delivered and approved Geological Works Design, obtaining Mining Plant Operation Plan, preparation of hydrogeological documentation after completion of drilling and test pumping, ...
