The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Construction of an elevator shaft inside the building of the Municipal Theater in Gliwice, which includes: a) implementation of construction works based on the documentation constituting Annex No. 12 to SWZ, together with the execution accompanying works, activities necessary to carry out the construction works described in the contract and the delivery and assembly of the elevator and related installations and devices, b) reporting the acceptance of the elevator to the Office of Technical Inspection, c) registering the elevator with the Inspection Office Technical Inspection in Gliwice, obtaining a decision from the Office of Technical Inspection authorizing the operation of an elevator and other arrangements/permits/checks/tests required by law/obtaining a decision on an occupancy permit/notifying the completion of construction works / construction to the architectural and construction authority (if necessary), d) preparation of complete as-built documentation. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: - design documentation with the content of Annex No. 12 to the SWZ - contract template with the content Annex No. 6 to SWZ.
