I. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER.1. The subject of the order includes the execution of construction works based on technical documentation, bill of quantities and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works in the scope of the expansion of the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 2 at ul. Mieszka I 20 in Dbrowa Grnicza for a passenger lift shaft adapted to the needs of people with special mobility needs and reconstruction of the entrance road along with accompanying works. The detailed scope of the order is described in the technical documentation constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ .2. Construction works should be carried out on the basis of: 2.1. technical documentation;2.2. bill of quantities of work;2.3. technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works;2.4. requirements of the Specification of Order Conditions;2.5. final decision The Mayor of Dbrowa Grnicza for construction permit No. 46/2025 of February 13, 2025;2.6. principles of technical knowledge, construction practice and legal regulations.
