The University seeks quotes for replacement of a hydraulic elevator and associated equipment. The project involves providing a new electrical feed, auxiliary circuits, lighting, and fire alarm devices. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements.
Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”. Performance bond required. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by June 3, 2024.
This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University “On-Call” General Contractor contract.
