1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the GENERAL FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (Php 5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVATED WATER TANK WITH CHLORINATOR AT, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-56 WT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for for CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVATED WATER TANK WITH CHLORINATOR AT, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-56 WT. Completion of the Works is required 125 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project.
