"CONSTRUCTION OF EKOPARK" 1. The subject of the order is the development of the area, including planting greenery and carrying out construction works in the design and build formula based on the developed Functional and Utility Program entitled: "Construction of an eco-park". 2. The scope of the order includes: a) maintenance treatments including comprehensive land development and the construction of a fully functional building as a generally accessible public space - Ecopark, including: greenery maintenance works, necessary cutting, replanting, leveling the area, including shifting and fertilizing earth masses, removing fertile soil, replacing the soil; b) construction of park paths with a substructure adapted to the planned traffic (pedestrian / driving) c) construction of a small one architecture, including educational shelters, park benches, information boards, playground equipment, observation decks, etc. d) electrical works, including: - park lighting installations including the construction of a lighting network with the necessary connection - photovoltaic installation of educational shelters, e) planting greenery, f) any additional necessary earthworks and construction works necessary for the proper performance of the task. 1.
