Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the complete construction of the Čeňko Rýzner educational trail, running for a total length of about 2.5 km on the border of the cadastres of the municipalities of Roztoky and Únětice. In addition to its own path equipped with information panels, the educational trail also includes play and relaxation areas with modified surface and placement of park furniture and game elements, when the "Na Vrskách" location has already been implemented. In essence, this involves landscaping, supply and installation of park and city furniture and game elements. The specific part is information elements described in the project documentation. The trail is located mostly on municipal land, in a few cases on private land. The agreement with the owners on the construction is a matter for the client. The work will be built in the manner and to the extent according to the attached project documentation (Annex No. 3 of this procurement documentation - hereinafter referred to as ZD). The required scope of work is further described in more detail and specified by blind budgets (Annex No. 4 of this ZD). The implementation of the contract is planned for 2 years with the financial possibilities of the city budget: stage 1 by the end of 2026, stage 2 in 2027. Due to the relatively significant variety of the contract and the breadth of work and supplies required, it is unlikely that a single supplier can be required to supply.
