1. The subject of the order is the construction of an educational and nature trail in the Forest Park in Eba, in the design and build mode.2. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ and the content of this Specification of Order Conditions. The order includes the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with all necessary arrangements and permits, including obtaining a building permit or reporting construction works (together with a certificate of no objection) and implementation of the investment based on the prepared design documentation.3.
