The subject of the order is the design and implementation of the investment entitled "Construction of an Ecological Heat and Power Plant in Łukow", along with the provision of maintenance and warranty services during the warranty period. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the following should be designed and built: a complete CHP plant inequipped with Biomass Boilers (KB1, KB2) supplying the municipal heating network and an ORC System producing electricity, cooperating with other heat sources operating in the District Heating Plant in Łukow (including cooperating with the existing Coal Boilers). The subject of the order belongs toy to be carried out in accordance with the following documents: Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as: "PFU") "Construction of an Ecological Heat and Power Plant in Łukow" (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ).
