INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ECCD FACILITY @ SITIO PINALTAKAN
1. The City Government of Palayan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of (Php1, 144, 066.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the construction ECCD facility @ sitio pinaltakan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening.
2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for construction ECCD facility @ sitio pinaltakan. Completion of the project is required as provided in the Specials Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specifications as provided in the BID Documents. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
