INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ECCD CENTER BUILDING
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under DF intends to apply the sum of Five Million Forty-Nine Thousand Pesos (PHP 5, 049, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ECCD CENTER BUILDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite now invites bids for the above contract to be submitted at the BAC Office. Completion of the contract is required one hundred (100) days after the date of the advice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one hundred (100) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
