Construction of the EC-Koszyce II cogeneration source in Piła 1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the implementation of an investment task entitled: "Construction of the EC-Koszyce II cogeneration source in Piła." 2. The project referred to above includes execution construction works consisting in the construction of a combined heat and power plant using high-efficiency cogeneration technology based on gas piston engines with heat recovery along with the necessary infrastructure with a total thermal power of 5.2 MWt and a total electrical power of 5.25 MWe and on the construction site of a gas water boiler with a thermal capacity of 5 MWt, in the "design and build" formula, together with accompanying works and other costs resulting from the design and implementation procedure, arrangements, collisions, etc., including the execution of: 2.1.complete design documentation in accordance with the functional and utility program and obtaining all necessary arrangements and permits; 2.2. construction works in accordance with the design and the principles of technical knowledge; 2.3. as-built documentation. 3.As part of implementation investment covered by the subject of the order should: 3.1. develop technical documentation, which should include: a) construction, technical and executive design; b) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works; (c)assurance program quality; d) schedule for the execution of construction works. 3.2. obtain all legally required arrangements, opinions, derogations, permits and documentation approvals and obtain a building permit (if any...
