1.The BLGU - Cagsumje, Sta. Margarita, Samar, through the 2026 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php300, 000.00) for the Construction of Early Warning System, Barangay Cagsumje, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Early Warning System, Barangay Cagsumje, Sta. Margarita Samar, BLGU2026-300-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The BLGU - Cagsumje, Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 14 days.
