The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works consisting in the comprehensive construction of a building for the Volunteer Fire Department in the town of Dziewo Klucz, located on part of plot no. 7/1, Dziewo Klucz registration area, Budzy commune. The planned facility is a building intended for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Department. It is a single-story building with an attic and no basement. Its functional structure includes, among others: garage for a fire truck, training room, office room, room technical and two hygiene and sanitary tanks. In the attic, a technical attic was designed for the location of installation equipment, including a heat pump. The basic parameters of the facility are: - building area 189.80 m2 - usable area 215.22 m2 - volume - 1307.11 m3 - height (from the ground level before the entrance to the ridge) 8.07 m - paved surface 602.78 m2 - biologically active surface 829.35 m2 The scope of the order includes comprehensive implementation of works in the construction, sanitary and electricity.
