Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos & 09/100 (Php1, 979, 937.09) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Duck Housing in DA-RIARC, Alcate, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above procurement project using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of works is required in one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
