1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through Continuing Appropriation, Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2023, Non-Office: Economic Services Sector - Infrastructure Project/Programs, intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty Two and 03/100 (PHP8, 099, 642.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage System at Zone 1, Bayabas; SN 34 - 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for: a) Facilities for the Engineers b) Other General Requirements c) Earth Works d) Subbase/Base Course e) Surface Course f) Minor Structures g) Drainage & Slope Protection. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Thirty Three (133) Calendar Days from the effectivity date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed. ...
