1) The City of Talisay, through the DF 20% 2026 & Special Project Fund Cont. 2021 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Four Hundred Thirty Six Thousand One Pesos and 56/100 (Php 10, 436, 001.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage System Structures located at the New Talisay Public Market, Barangay Zone 12-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City of Talisay now invites bids for Construction of Drainage System Structures located at the New Talisay Public Market, Barangay Zone 12-A. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 120 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
