1) The Municipality of Tubigon, through the the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan through an Appropriation Ordinance for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos and 24/100 (Php 999, 965.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage System at the Right Wing of Tubigon Commercial Complex going to Port Area. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Tubigon now invites bids for Construction of Drainage System at the Right Wing of Tubigon Commercial Complex going to Port Area.
