The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the 20% Development Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P 1, 402, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Transportation Services PR No. 26-05-060. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
