Description : The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Three Pesos and Six Centavos Only (Php2, 915, 943.06) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT BRGY. VILLARICA, BABAK DIST. UNDER PR# 2026-03-2553 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
