1. The Barangay Government of Sandalan, Ibaan, Batangas, through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (P 1, 940, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drainage System at Brgy. Sandalan, Ibaan, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Sandalan, Ibaan, Batangas now invites bids for the Construction of 180 lin. m. of RCCP and 20 units of manhole with storm drain. Completion of the Works is required two hundred forty (240) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
