INFRA - B - 054. Construction of Drainage System at Brgy. Mabalor, Ibaan, Batangas
1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos and 82/100 (₱2, 322, 393.82), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage System at Brgy. Mabalor, Ibaan, Batangas
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above infrastructure project. Completion of the Works required is Seventy-Five (75) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 12009, ...
