INFRA - C - 040. Construction of Drainage System at Brgy. Cuta East, Sta. Teresita, Batangas
1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the 20% CDF - Supplemental Budget No. 1 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (P 2, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drainage System at Brgy. Cuta East, Sta. Teresita, Batangas
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Notice of Award (NOA) will only be issued to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) when the fund is downloaded to the Provincial Government of Batangas.
2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above infrastructure project. Completion of the Works required is Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
