1. The Barangay San Agustin Jaro, Leyte through the 20% Economic Development fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred fourty two Thousand Five Hundred seventy six Pesos and 81/100 (Php142, 576.81) Only. being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of open drainage canal at Barangay San Agustin, Jaro, Leyte . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay San Agustin Jaro, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required thirty (35) Calendar Days the Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
