Construction of Drainage Canal at Vasquez Street
1. The Local Government Unit of Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO PESOS AND SEVENTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS ONLY. (P 3, 158, 262.77) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drainage Canal at Vasquez Street, Infra # 03-2026 for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
