1. Barangay PAMIGSIAN, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND NINETY PESOS & 64/100 ONLY (₱175, 092.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL PHASE 2
of Barangay PAMIGSIAN, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the Brgy. Hall shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay PAMIGSIAN of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
