Description : The Barangay Government of BALILI, through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 375, 000.00) being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the “Construction of Drainage Canal with Pathway nearing Bugtong area nearing Balanban area at Central .” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the scope of works of the Project and possesses a Category “C” PCAB License. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
