1. The BARANGAY BASIAD STA ELENA CAMARINES NORTE throught the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (Php. 172, 300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY BASIAD STA ELENA CAMARINES NORTE, now invites bids FOR ADITIONAL CONSTRUCTION OF GREEN SPACE (Purok 5) TO BE DELIVERED AT THE BARANGAY BASIAD STA ELENA CAMARINES NORTE Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within 30 CD from the date of submission and receipt of Bids, a contract similar to the Project.
