Invitation to Bid for Continuation Construction of Drainage Canal (Mango Street)
1. The Barangay of Romualdez, Rizal, Kalinga through the BDC 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php
138, 267.20.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract Budget for the Contract (BDC) to payments
under the contract for Construction of Drainage Canal (Mango Street), Public Bidding No. 26-07-
001.Bids receive in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Barangay of Romualdez, Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the works is required within 7 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract
similar to the Project .The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
-”pass/fail-- criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of
Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
