1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the AIP Code 9000-940-1-01-018-001-32 intends to apply the sum of
TWO HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN PESOS AND TWENTY-TWO PESOS
₱298, 113.22 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for
CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
