1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO PESOS AND 86/100 ONLY (PhP499, 962.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL & FOOT BRIDGE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL & FOOT BRIDGE. Completion of the Works is required within 26 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
