1. The Barangay Culing East, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos(Php262, 550.00 )being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage Canal at Culing East, Cabatuan, Isabela with Project Identification Number 2025-34.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Culing East, Cabatuan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
