The Barangay Government Unit of Barangay Don Carlos Rivilia Sr., Ormoc City, Leyte through the CY 2026-20% DF General Fund Continuing, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION, FORTY NINE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS and FORTY CENTAVO. (P1, 049, 660.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL with COVER, Barangay Don Carlos Rivilia Sr., Ormoc City, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
