Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT BARANGAY TINITIAN, ROXAS, PALAWAN
1) The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan, through the 2026, 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT BARANGAY TINITIAN, ROXAS, PALAWAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT BARANGAY TINITIAN, ROXAS, PALAWAN. The Procurement Project completion works required within 56 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
