Description : The Local Government Unit of Bula is inviting interested PhilGEPS accredited contractors to apply for eligibility and to submit complete bid for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT BARANGAY CASUGAD at Barangay Casugad, Bula, Camarines Sur under the GF 20% DF CY 2026 with an ABC of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 1, 500, 000.00), as per scope of works and specifications under the accompanying documents. Completion of work is required by 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years, a contract similar to the Projects. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the IRR of RA 9184 (R.A 9184), with some amendments, as stated in this bidding documents.
