1. The Barangay Calangatan San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Sixty Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two and 80/100 Pesos Only (Php 66, 472.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% DF of Barangay Calangatan San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drainage canal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Calangatan San Teodoro now invites to bid of Materials for Construction of Drainage Canal. Delivery is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of award. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
