Invitation to Bid for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL
1. The Barangay Guminta of Buug, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos & 00/100 only(149, 898.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Constuction of Drainage Canal
. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Guminta of Buug now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Rehabilitation of Alley Purok 3
32 days, Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
