1.The Brgy. Bagong Sikat, through the budget approve by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Forty Four Thousand and 20/100 (Php 1, 693, 573.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT BRGY. BAGONG SIKAT with Project Identification Number 03302026, Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2.The BRGY. BAGONG SIKAT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (60) Calendar Days
3.Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
4.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) ...
