1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY STO. CRISTO, TABACO CITY, ALBAY, through the Barangay Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 269, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL .
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY STO. CRISTO, TABACO CITY, ALBAY, now invites bidders for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL, provided, that the delivery requires five (5) calendar days.
